The photos speak for themselves. The room is spacious and has air conditioning. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, night scenes and sunrises from the terrace. Its location is very convenient as it is close to the Basilica S. Paolo metro station. The pizzas at Alice Pizza, which is near the Basilica S. Paolo metro station, are very delicious. Please remember to WhatsApp the house owner when you arrive.

An experience to repeat

The establishment is furnished with great taste. Spacious room, very clean with a comfortable bed and equipped with every comfort. Picturesque location with a panoramic view of the Basilica of San Paolo, close to the subway and in a well-served and convenient neighborhood. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The owner picked me up from the airport. Him and the staff were very nice. It is a nice room. Close by to the train station so it's easy to walk over and hop on the train.

Rooms are clean and the blanket or comforter are really clean (you can smell the cleanness of it) I love it. The breakfast is not great , but it’s fine. The staff, Paola is great . Thanks Paola !

Absolutely avoid it.

an insult to the reception, indecent furnishings, smelly bed linen and towels, television to be turned on and off manually, breakfast at the bar croissant and cappuccino, no daily cleaning of the rooms, common area in the apartment next door with key to look for under the doormat, poor coffee and other drinks, total absence of staff in the face of solving small and large problems
