The location is perfect to Termini station and there are good restaurants near by. It is a bit old and worn but I think worth the money compared to Rome’s price level.

Great Hotel and a premium location

The hotel is legendary! The location is fabulous. It's freshly renovated. The breakfast is satisfactory, but my friend was staying at a 5 star hotel in Rome and said the breakfast there was also just satisfactory, so no loss there.. The best of all is the staff. The people who work there are very kind and professional and glad to help. All the best to them. The reception is open 24 hours a day.. we checked in at 01:00 in the morning with no problem. When i come back to Rome i will stay there for sure. Don't believe all the negative reviews.. people love to take the worst photos possible. The room was very nice and the elevator is an attraction in its own rite. I was joking that it was the first elevator installed in Rome ever . The hotel is walking distance from most of the famous city sites like the Coloseum, Trevi fountain etc and just around the corner is Termini station. Come here if you want to see the real Rome.. by foot and breathing in the city atmosphere. Have fun! Peace and Love

Nightmare!!

Terrible. I had a reservation paid for months cancelled, because I made it with Destinia. They left us lying in Rome. No hotel. Empathy 0. Professionalism 0. They didn't even keep our bags while we were looking for a solution. Scoundrels!

I think it's good.

Friendly, helpful, large double bedroom, nice bathroom.
A bit to refine the details: the glass was missing in the room (but they brought it to me in less than a minute), the two handles of the shower glass were different, a little dust on the floors.
Nice breakfast, with attentive staff, and industrious.
I liked it.
The only drawback: the population gravitating on the station area, especially after hours.

Perfect location, a few steps from Termini station, very kind staff, spacious and cozy room, comfortable beds and satisfactory breakfast. Beautiful vintage furnishings and good cleaning of both the rooms and common areas (lift included).
The bathroom furnishings a bit 'ruined, absence of shower, only bathtub resulting in small flooding in case of shower. A bit expensive value for money.
