Great location in Rome, 5 min ealk from Rome Termini trsin station and Mrtro. Great staff, very friendly and helpful

The rooms have carpets and they may just be old and musty, but they had a stench to them that was unpleasant. The first room we were in was really bad and we asked to move to a different one which was a little better but we still smelled it and we thought it was the old carpets.

5 stars all around
Perfect location for a trip to Rome. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and had amazing restaurants at the corner of the street with amazing food and good prices. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the colosseum and many more historical sites were a 20-30 minute walk. The hotel itself was VERY clean and the bed was very comfortable which I appreciated after a long travel day. The staff was so friendly and nice, allowed a early check in since my room was ready when I got there at noon and securely held my bags for me so I could explore the city after check out and before my flight. I will for sure be back
Small cons: very poor water pressure but that’s everywhere in Italy (didn’t bother me for a quick shower) and the rooms can get a little noisy with outside traffic but nothing crazy that altered my stay.

Great location, wonderful staff!
I booked this place based on its proximity to Roma Termini, and it was perfect from that perspective. But it is also a sweet little hotel with staff who really want to be helpful (and are!). The hotel even provides for some local experiences without additional fees, and we took the night tour around the Colosseum - it was fantastic! Also, the breakfast was amazing. I would book again if going to Rome, and highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night and found it to be an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of many of Rome’s attractions.
From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the young lady on reception, who kindly upgraded us to a spacious room overlooking the Baths of Diocletian. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the member of staff looking after the breakfast service was welcoming and attentive.
This would have been a five-star review. Unfortunately, on our return to the hotel in the evening, we had an unpleasant encounter with two men in the street outside, We fully appreciate that this had nothing to do with the hotel and was completely beyond its control, so it does not reflect the quality of the accommodation or the excellent service we received throughout our stay.
Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff.
