Nice!

It was not like the pictures, it was better. Nice shower and everything was clean! They also had new Samsung tvs and it looked renovated. The staff was very nice too! Highly recommended! Especially for its price☺️

Nightmarish.

I put a star because I can't put less. Dilapidated structure, dirty, smelly. Dirty walls, sticky floors,.... The worst. Reception on call linen and indecent beds. Shutters on broken windows don't close, window as well. There is no service, except a common and disconnected coffee machine and an empty fridge probably broken. In the middle of the night I was woken up by a desperate non-EU lady who did not know where to turn because no one answered the reception. The indecent price (€145) for a nightmarish stay. I haven't had such experiences in the Middle East either. I didn't think there were such places in Italy.

Bad service. The sheets were already used. Mould on the walls throughout the bathroom. Dirty walls with missing and swollen pieces of plaster. Hygienically dirty environment. Staff unable to understand and communicate in Italian and English.

dirty environment and obvious traces of mold and plaster falling apart, bad smell, bad reception. the staff unable to speak Italian and English so impossible to solve any kind of problem. exaggerated price.

Goof afternoon, it was terrible all around, mold everywhere in the bathroom, no hot water for 3 days!!!!!!! nobody at the desk most of the time, it was dirty all over i request full refund this is completely outrageous!!!
