Hotel is well located at most a 15 min walk to bus and train stations and around 45 mins by bus to Fiumicino airport (€1.30). It is also close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars and right opposite the beach.
I stayed in a single room which was equiped with a comfortable wide single bed and pillow, room air conditioning, desk, chair, small fridge (which kept my drinks very cold) and small but adequate bathroom. The only thing missing in the room is an electric jug to make a cup of tea. Rooms are serviced daily.
Breakfast was continental style, with lovely croissants and adequate cereal, juice and yogurt choices, some fruit, tomatoes, plus cakes, pizzas, breads, cold cuts, cheese and hard boiled eggs. Lucia in the kitchen was very pleasant and helpful, the other lady not so much. Front desk staff were kind and helpful and I was able to check in early after my overnight train trip from Catania.
Would definitely stay there again as it is easy and cheap (€1.50) to get into Rome and to connect to the metro (be warned they can get horribly crowded at any time of day) and buses.

Our room was nice for a one night stay and right across from a beach club that we were able to go to for the day. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to eat.

Close to airport. Too bad breakfast doesn’t start a bit earlier for those who have early leave times. Fairly close to airport

Overall the hotel was good and the staff were friendly. However, the heating did not work in the room and we froze the first night. Reported it in the morning and were promised it would be fixed. It wasn’t, but we did manage to get extra blankets for the second night.
