Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Located just steps from Termini. It’s an old building, small elevator to get up to the front desk/check in area which was much appreciated since our room was on the first floor. Breakfast delivered to your room each morning. Room was clean but needs updating.

Shower is very poor, elevator broke down and had to lug bags ourselves with no help from hotel staff.

AC was perfect since I have full control. Staff were wonderful couldn’t ask for anything more. Light breakfast with good coffee was excellent. Location was very close to the main train station. Lots of choices for food. Elevator is tiny but works ok. The only negative really is the water pressure and hot shower or lack there of. The water pressure was so weak and the hot water for showers falters. Wait until it’s flowing uniformly before starting your shower. You’d hate to be soaped up then hot water falters. Other than that it’s good with again, very good staff. Thanks Marcantonio!! Ciao!!

An excellent location near Roma Termini station, with a unique distribution of small properties within the one building.
The reception is on the 5th floor, our room was on the 1st floor... But it was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is served in your room, a nice and required touch, as there is no common area to congregate in. The oddest aspect was having to return the oversized keychain to Reception whenever leaving the property - with the hotel name and room number prominently displayed, it's not something you would want lost or stolen; but it's an odd system to us.
Accessibility may be an issue, with several stairs upon entering the building, the typically small elevator and narrow hallways outside of the rooms.
Staff was congenial and accommodating and the room was quiet, for a good night's sleep overnighting in Rome!
