Rooms were clean; triple room was huge, double room a bit small.
Great location to walk to Colosseum and several restaurants.
Staff was very helpful with storing luggage, taxis, and airport shuttle.
Breakfast was excellent.
Highly recommend.

Good: location near major attractions, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast.
Bad: room and bathroom fixtures are falling apart, plastered an AI photo of a 6th floor terrace all over the hotel which does not resemble the real thing in the least - ridiculous.

Everyday they clean the room and change new towels. It feels like you just check in every time you enter the room every day. The breakfast is good, a lot of choices, they always have different sweets for coffee. The personal is friendly and nice and keep the place clean. The aircondition works fine and nice but theres a little problem just in our room maybe. Its sounds a lot the aircondition sometime through the night, I think theirs a problem with bearing in the aircondition. Needs to fix that, other than that everything is wonderful.

Good location, the room was ok but the appearance was old and poor maintenance. The lift is not suitable for old people and women because is It's very cramped and there are two elevators, the first one goes from the reception to the common floor and then there's another elevator that goes from the common floor to the apartments.

Reasonably oriced central hotel next to Metro for easy travel around the city. Rooms a little tired but clean. Staff very helpful. Wiuld stay again.
