Lovely hotel

Situated a 30 minute walk away from the centre of Rome, this hotel was very quiet and small which was nice. Breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from. There isn't a bar. I think some of the room images are out of date. Our room was modern, very light with the most powerful shower. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. Good value.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Hotel Piemonte was extremely disappointing.
The hotel seems to lack maintenance and organization. The air conditioning in the room does not work, nor does the bathroom fan. The overall feeling is that of a neglected and poorly maintained facility. Additionally, the elevator is old, unreliable, and uncomfortable to use.
Besides the structural issues, the service also left much to be desired. We informed the staff that we would be leaving very early for an excursion and would therefore miss the breakfast included in our stay. We simply asked for an alternative solution, such as a piece of fruit or something light to take away, but we were not offered any assistance or attention to our needs.
It is difficult to understand how a hotel that hosts so many tourists can provide an experience so far below expectations. The facility is poorly maintained, the upkeep is insufficient, and the attention to guests is practically nonexistent.
The only positive aspect is the location near the Roma Termini station. For the rest, the stay was very disappointing and not up to what one expects from a hotel in Rome.
I do not recommend it and would not return to stay at this hotel.

Revisen bien las habitaciones a reservar y las notas porque algunas habitaciones están en un edificio anexo donde las instalaciones son viejas.

Read very careful the especificacions and notes, some rooms are located in an adjacent building, old and poor maintained.

Poorly maintained

Perhaps once grand, but now poorly maintained. Hair on the walls and in the shower. Not well cleaned. Rusty. Marks all over the walls. Slimy sticky stuff on edge of tub.
