Exquisite staff , helpful , welcoming , clean and very warm room, thanks for everything ! definitely to repeat for our holidays in Rome

Grubby, Shabby and down right unhelpful staff. Disgusting room with marks on walls, uncleaned areas, broken furniture.

Pre Paid for Queen Bed Suite & got small double bed instead, complained & told Queen room doesn’t exist. Grubby/Shabby.
