Avoid at all costs
While my room was being cleaned, my Invisalign aligner went missing. I reported the incident immediately at check-out, as I knew it had been in the room before housekeeping entered.
After several emails, the hotel informed me that nothing had been found and declined any responsibility or compensation.
What disappointed me the most was not only the loss itself, but the way the situation was handled. I expected the hotel to acknowledge that guests' personal belongings should not be handled or discarded without care and to offer at least a gesture of goodwill. Instead, they simply denied responsibility.
If you are staying here, I would strongly recommend taking extra care with any personal items you leave in your room.

Good location but disastrous cleanliness and safety
The hotel has easy access to the main railway station and public transport; the city centre can be reached in a short time. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, a public drinking fountain and various dining options.
Rooms and facilities:
The rooms as well as the windowless bathrooms are extremely small. The freedom of movement is very severely restricted, so that a complete opening of the cases is hardly possible. The equipment is very minimalist with wardrobe, with only three hangers, without fridge or safe. Particularly critical is the bunk bed, which has no fall protection whatsoever. The sleeping comfort varied between good and an extremely hard mattress with other beds. The Wi-Fi is available, but unstable.
Cleanliness:
There is considerable catching up to do in this area. When upholstered, the sheets had foreign hair, and the floor had used tissues and other residue from the predecessors. Massive dust and packaging waste was stored under the beds, and we cleaned the wall covering ourselves and the cloths were immediately brown.
In the bathroom this impression continued: A mouldy mandarin in the shower with poor water drainage as well as unstable, crooked toilet glasses. In addition, a penetrating chlorine smell was perceptible in the room.
Serious safety defects:
A defect affects the locking system of the house: Since we arrived with other guests, we were able to find out during random checks that it is possible to open other rooms with our own key. This led to night disturbances during our stay due to unauthorized entry of rioting youths who fortunately only roared in our room. Due to this technical malfunction, the privacy and security of the property in the room is not guaranteed at this time. Any valuables should never be stored in the room.
Service:
The staff acted friendly, but often seemed unsure about organisational issues. Room service was limited to towel changes and garbage disposal, while general cleaning remained superficial.
The breakfast offer is functional and sufficient, but qualitatively expandable. In addition to a very manageable selection of cold meats (one type of ham and one type of cheese each), superimposed fruit unfortunately also attracted negative attention.
Despite the excellent location, the shortcomings in cleanliness and safety weigh heavily. For travelers who value a safe stay and basic hygiene standards, the house in its current state is only recommended to a limited extent.
