It was a ideal location. Close to metroand other transport

Just returned this week. Had a great stay here. Good location to train station but used the metro to see the historical sites. Pool was adequate for a cool dip for its size. I found staff ok with me and helpful. Rooms adequate for our stay. Order another pillow due to only one each. Room cleaned daily with new towels. Air con was adjustable using the panel.
Close to local restaurants. Buses are packed and over crowded use metro 10 min walk. Breakfast was OK. Can order a special coffee at breakfast.
Had lunch here and felt it was good value. Additional cost for the Spa at e25 for two hours not used.Hotel tax extra cost. A great terrace with sunbeds to relax. Nothing really to moan about as it did what we wanted

Great stay!

I really liked this hotel and the experience. I stayed with my mother in a spacious room with separate beds. Highlight for the bathroom very clean and wonderful, the comfortable beds, everything well arranged and organized. The breakfast was amazing, super varied and with fresh ingredients for all tastes. The staff was helpful and left us waiting on the couches while not giving the check-in time which is 15:00. Good location, close to metro stations. It has a great bathtub for use in the room. The hotel has the option of paying a fee to use the pool area, which is very beautiful. Cordial attention from the reception.

Not a bad choice at all

I thought the Building Hotel was good overall. Staff were polite and accommodating. We had issues with the air con, so we had a mobile unit for 1 night delivered promptly, and moved rooms the next day. Breakfast was okay overall and had a good range of food availible.
Short walk to the Metro and in a nice, quiet location with a local shop and restaurants 1-2 minutes away.
Overall, I would stay again.

Far better than other reviews would suggest

This was our second stay at this hotel and we have already booked again for next year. Great location close to the train station and within walking distance of a-lot of the major sites. There are good restaurants, cafes and shops in the surrounding streets.
The breakfast is good with plenty of options and the bar is a beautiful setting with friendly staff. We like the terrace for sitting with a drink in the sun and then would go in the outdoor pool to cool off again, yes it is cold when you first get in but is fine after a minute.
The reception staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early on our first day there. On arrival we were warned about paying the city tax in cash and so we were prepared for this.
The beds are comfortable and clean and the shower was good. The AC worked and was easy to adjust.
We think its a great hotel and look forward to staying again.

The staff Ernesto, Marco, Alessandro and the pianist Max were awesome. They made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast has a great selection and the area is suitable for family with kids.
