Wonderful hotel. Perfect location 2 minutes from the train station with shops and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable room.

Good for a stopover

This is a proper railway station hotel. By that, I mean, it is good for a one- night stopover after arriving in the city or if you were leaving the next morning by train. Just a couple of blocks from Roma Termini station, it is very convenient, if that were your main objective. The rooms were somewhat clean. The bathroom fixtures seemed new. There is a small lift.
There are plenty of cafes nearby and in the railway station.
We had rooms in the first and third floors. The third floor bathroom shower had poor water pressure. In contrast, the shower in the first floor was great. The washrooms and the rooms were very compact. The arrangement of the fixtures in the bathroom was weird - pot, washbasin and bidet in that order.
Roma Termini area has a poor reputation for safety. This side of the station with many hotels and restaurants seemed better and safer than the other side.

Disappointing!

We have been customers since 2017, and we often return to the Hotel Tito both for comfort, being a stone's throw from Termini Station, for the reception open 24/24, both for the rooms, although small equipped with everything you need. Lately, however, we have to say that it is very neglected, definitely needs maintenance..... the quality of the room cleaning is becoming increasingly disappointing..... this time as we entered we found a used towel left on the bedside table, some hair here and there, the curtain in indecent condition, dirty runner.... ( to be eliminated!), brown running water, also (as already happened) in a double room, with 2 guests, only one cup available..... this time having arrived late, tired after a long trip, we did not even want to go down to the reception to ask for another, or to make the dirty towel take off!
I sincerely hope that measures will be taken for the great neglect of the rooms, and that there is more respect and attention towards customers.... then my new review will be again 5 like the first!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The first night the rooms air conditioning was leaking and the whole floor was flooded. They moved us to another room in another building then the toilet and shower didn't work. We had to use another rooms bathroom facilities as the air con wasn't working in that room. I asked for a refund and was told to apply to Agoda and then they refused the refund. everything was a disaster.

A stone's throw from the station but...

The proximity to the station is the best, it is truly just a few steps away. Small room and bathroom. Excellent welcome (24-hour reception) but the dirty nightstand was a negative. Good value for money
