Room was beautiful! The ceiling is like 25 feet high! A/c appreciated during heatwave. Neighborhood surprisingly clean and quiet so near train station. Very convenient to train

Hotels area Termini

Hotel located in Termini area, less than five minutes walk from the station. The structure externally is very nice with a well-kept garden.
The room where in the living room on the ground floor was really bad, I start by saying that the wallpaper was very dirty, the floor in very bad condition old and dirty, the sheets and bath towels dirty with mold and the terrace dirty
Unfortunately, room conditions and mildew seriously affect the quality of sleep
I strongly recommend taking action for these issues
The staff of the structure all very friendly

The room was clean and fresh with excellent air conditioning, and the breakfast was very satisfying. Another major plus is its location right near the train station. However, the shower was extremely small—we had to squeeze in sideways—and the drain didn't work well. The room itself is also quite small, so staying more than three days might feel cramped. I liked the stay overall, but I'm giving it 3 stars because of the shower.

Perfect location, good AC, Shower but the place looked like from 80s. There were constant flies showing up even after we killed a few.

Old building conveniently located near the railwaystation, but the area itself is not that nice. However, the hotel garden is like an oasis in city center.
