A little way out of Rome, but train station not far so easy to get around. Ideal for overnight if flying into FCO airport.

Air conditioning did not work very well. I would a fresher smell to the room. Staff was good. Outside of the hotel, not particularly on hotel property has garbage all over the sidewalk and streets. I think the hotel should do its part to help cleanup the area. The only reason I stay there is closeness to the airport. I hope next time I will see better conditions

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport since I was only staying for one night. Staff was friendly and quick. The hotel was well maintained but the A/C could have been better.

We really wanted to like this hotel. The lobby was clean, spacious, and our 2:00 check-in was smooth, so our first impression was good.
After dropping off our bags, we went to the hotel restaurant for lunch only to be told it was closed until 7:30 p.m. Reception suggested a few nearby restaurants, but every one they recommended was closed. We ended up walking around in 37°C heat for nothing before heading back to the hotel to the moderate air conditioning.
We came back to the restaurant at 7:30. Despite numerous empty tables we were told there was no room for us and we’d have to wait until 9:30. After explaining that hotel staff told us to return at 7:30, we were allowed to order takeout. Our server also appeared annoyed throughout the interaction. One gentleman, who appeared to be the manager or owner, let us wait at a table while our food was prepared--more confusing, as there was apparently space for us to wait, but not to eat.
The room was the biggest disappointment. The bathroom had black mould in the shower, a strong urine smell, and what appeared to be a blood smear on the door frame.
We reported these concerns but were simply told the hotel stood by its cancellation and refund policy.
Between the unsanitary room, poor air conditioning, misinformation from staff, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend staying here--even for one night.
