Good morning, I was a guest a couple of days at Bonsai, I loved it. I had gluten-free breakfast and is located in a context of very beautiful buildings. Clean structure. I will return for my next business trips to Rome

A perfect stay in Rome
Excellent location a stone's throw from the metro and Tiburtina station, very private (you enter an internal courtyard. Excellent cleanliness, I will definitely return. Daniela is very kind and helpful, she provided us with a PDF file with all the instructions and advice for a beautiful stay in Rome.

Excellent is an understatement!!
My partner and I stayed in this bed and breakfast located in a very quiet residential complex and close to the metro station which allows for easy movement.
Mrs. Daniela welcomed us impeccably, also meeting our needs, always appearing very kind and cheerful.
The room was tidy, very clean, equipped with comfort and with a high mattress that allowed us to rest peacefully.
As for breakfast, prepared by Mrs Daniela and her mother, it was plentiful with the possibility of serving various hot and cold drinks and various very tasty cakes.
I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Rome in a quiet area but with the presence of commercial activities in the surrounding area.

Confortevole e accogliente
Abbiamo affittato tre stanze presso questo B&B per qualche giorno di lavoro a Roma.
La location è comoda per la stazione Tiburtina (10/15 minuti a piedi) e la metro di piazza Bologna (2 minuti). La zona è residenziale, molto tranquilla ma non "morta"; ci sono diversi locali e ristoranti di ogni livello negli immediati dintorni.
La struttura è in una palazzina d'epoca, molto ben tenuta, all'interno di un cortile ampio e pulito, con altre palazzine dello stesso tipo. C'è la portineria all'ingresso del cortile con ha molti posti auto; non credo vi sia uno stallo riservato al B&B (Non avendone necessità non ho chiesto).
Le stanze del B&B occupano un appartamento al primo piano della palazzina. Tutto ristrutturato da pochi mesi e con gusto, anche se con arredi economici. Le stanze sono sufficientemente ampie e dotate di tutto il necessario; come una stanza in Hotel. Asciugamani forniti, asciugacapelli, sapone sul lavandino ma mancano prodotti per la doccia (come quasi sempre in questo tipo di strutture). La pulizia è impeccabile.
Agli ospiti vengono date le chiavi per entrare a qualunque ora.
La cucina è sempre aperta e disponibile per le piccole esigenze degli ospiti.
Daniela, la host, è davvero gentile e si prodiga in ogni modo per renderci il soggiorno confortevole. La colazione è dalle otto in avanti ma, per le nostre esigenze, ha anticipato l'orario.
Per colazione sono a disposizione degli ospiti caffetterie varie preparate direttamente da Daniela (molto buono il cappuccino!!), merendine commerciali, yogurt, cereali vari, succhi di frutta, pane tostato.. Tutto in quantità più che sufficiente. Si sente un po' la mancanza di una Brioches classica da bar ma .. nessuno è perfetto. Non ho visto nulla per colazioni continentali (salate) ma credo che Daniela, in caso di richiesta specifica, la soddisferebbe.
Per concludere, è una struttura gestita con passione, con servizi di buon livello e che non fa rimpiangere strutture ben più importanti.
