We had a very nice stay here friendly owner very helpful Daniela served delicious breakfast every morning. Clean and cosy place to stay in Rome walking distance to all attractions of the city. Must try Da Enzo for delicious food

Value of Money

The location is very good 5 minutes walk and you are in tram and bus stop..... With tram you are quickly at the historical centre..... Near is supermarket..... Very clean B&B room was big and nice and breakfast was very good.....Higly recommended!!!!!!

Great place to stay in Rome.

Stayed here two years ago and still feel strongly enough to say excellent things about it now we have started writing reviews.
The room was beautiful and the breakfasts very good. Eduardo shared many excellent restaurant recommendations with us however when we visited, he invited us to his family run restaurant and we were served the best meal we have ever had. We still talk about this meal and cannot believe how lucky we were to stumble across this gem.
If the family still provides this, you must ask to try it.
Eduardo and family if you are reading this, please give us the recipe to your tiramisu ;-)

The best possible place to stay in Rome. Perfect location, quite and cosy. Nice and personal. Excellent breakfast - thank you Patricia. You were wonderful to us. Will recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Lovely hosts and rooms

We found this jewel on our last trip to Rome. We were unfamiliar with the neighborhood but took a chance because the price was incredible and making the arrangements was mostly painless. Getting in through the gate was a bit tricky but once inside we were felt at home. The rooms (we used 3 total) were each unique but had their own charm. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked. The breakfast was hearty and the hosts were most helpful in planning our itinerary. We walked to most sites but on the last day we took the tram which dropped is just a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood has some of its own treasures not to be missed!
