Convenient location and smooth check in. Apt is large and we felt safe. It was clean but not hotel clean. All in all I would probably stay again but it just felt a just notch below 100% comfortable/clean. But good value for money.

The location was perfect…within walking distance of major sites, well-maintained, beds were very comfortable, which is always appreciated when away from home! The check-in process was lengthy due to not receiving the needed information to enter the building and when attempting to contact host, we didn’t receive a response. It took over an hour to check-in as I sent an email, attempted to call and then finally someone came out of the office, fortunately to assist us.

Location was top notch - 5 min walk tot he colosseum!!! and accommodation was brilliant for our family of 5.
We did have a slight issue with ants and there was no sweeping brush or dust pan and brush to clean up after us but overall a great stay.
The rooftop terrace was fabulous and having the rooftop area to chill after check out and before we headed to the airport was a great plus.

No staff onsite so make sure you follow the pre-arrival instructions for check in. The plumbing was tricky too. Had to request for “special” flushing instructions. Convenient location, has all the basic amenities for an apartment, spacious. Grocery store right next door. We are satisfied with the place for our short stay in Rome.

Amazing apartment, spacious with everything that you need in terms of kitchen tools. Everything worked perfectly and the location was very central. Strongly recommended!
