Excellent support for the sports hall

On the occasion of the sum41 concert at Palasport (15/20 minutes walk from this property), I stayed for one night in this B&B. Owner very helpful as I arrived earlier than scheduled... very clean room with all amenities... for my needs and 'was everything precise

Courteous in name only.

To be avoided. Extremely strict rules and only respond when it suits them. It's no way to be with the public. There are so many jobs that do not involve contact with other people. I will not go into the merits of the structure because I am disappointed with the treatment received, but I say that at the same price you can find much better.

Bed & Breakfast without breakfast

The property offers a water kettle and a coffee machine. There are teas and herbal teas, but no coffee capsules, nor food of any kind, so the property does not provide breakfast. After the first night I therefore decided to buy coffee capsules and croissants for the following morning, but when I returned to the facility I no longer found the coffee machine. On the phone the justification was that the structure is a guest house and not a b&b and is therefore not obliged to provide breakfast and that the coffee machine was an extra kindness for the guests, even though it is everywhere described as a b&b and the machine was listed in the Booking.com services. The bathroom is outside the room, creating considerable discomfort as well as constant comings and goings of guests, at least it is functional and with a pretty good shower. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned, but not daily, in fact for stays of less than 3 days there is neither a cleaning service nor a change of towels, among which the bidet towel is inexplicably missing. The balcony mentioned in the description of the structure and actually present in the breakfast room, is inaccessible because it is locked, so to smoke a cigarette it is necessary to leave the door of the building and find yourself in the street. The room is sufficiently comfortable, with a comfortable bed and double pillows. Good for a fleeting stay, if you are willing to go out in the morning without even a coffee or a biscuit. For me it is unthinkable to spend €100 to sleep in what in all respects resembles a hostel. The lack of staff makes the stay uncomfortable, the general experience as far as I'm concerned was unpleasant, we won't be returning

Discreet

We stayed one night during the Claudio Baglioni concert at the Palasport and for this reason the location turned out to be very favorable, being about 15/20 minutes away on foot. There is actually no welcome, contacts are all made via WhatsApp, from explanations on how it works to automatic check-in with the sending of codes. We didn't see anyone in person. The room has an internal bathroom, small but sufficient, equipped with the necessary gadgets and a hairdryer. The space in the room is also sufficient but not large, with a mini fridge hanging on the wall where breakfast food is stored. Soft and wide bed, in the wardrobe there are softer pillows for those who want them. There are also TV, air conditioning and wi-fi available. Breakfast, for those who have it, is left on a tray in the room, but it is forbidden to consume it in the room. You have to go to the room with the kitchenette where you leave dirty things. There is a kettle and a coffee machine available, however the capsules are counted and everything is under lock and key, you cannot even take a plastic cup or an extra napkin. We did not find the pot of American coffee that was supposed to be prepared in the evening. The good room has double glazing which isolates it well from the street (on the first floor) but the internal noises are a bit annoying (fans, exhaust noises, doors slamming, locks turning, - other bathrooms are in the corridor. ..) in short, not the greatest peace. The cleanliness seemed good but you should also clean under the beds every now and then... Overall it's not bad but there are a bit narrow spaces to move around everywhere. The area is quiet, I think the premises are behind the B&B but we haven't explored it. The metro stops are near the Palazzetto dello Sport where there are also means of transport to go to Euroma2, a large shopping centre.

Stayed for two nights and had a horrible experience. She apologised for her bad behaviour when I left.

Great location, but made to feel unwelcome. Left the property and sat in foyer
Not clean, stains on towel and bedding/chair fabrics. Room smelt musty and curtains dusty. Noisey and no window for light.
