Clean and cozy room, air conditioning was solid, and helpful staff. Figuring out hot water in the shower was tricky: had to run the hot water in the sink to get the shower to be hot.

Great location, comfortable stay — but be aware of the area late at night
We stayed here for two nights in July as a base for exploring Rome and it served its purpose well. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful throughout. Nothing overly fancy but everything you need is there. The location is the real selling point — tucked into a quiet back alley steps from the Pantheon. You can walk to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, Campo de' Fiori, and dozens of great restaurants all within minutes. The restaurants at the end of the street are particularly good. One honest note worth flagging for future guests — late at night the area around the hotel gets a bit unsettling. Young locals on scooters were roaming the streets and harassing people. Two members of our group had a brief but frightening encounter with them. Nothing that would stop me from recommending the hotel, but worth knowing so you can plan accordingly and get back before it gets too late. Overall a solid choice for the location and price — just be mindful once midnight hits.

Once we located the hotel (hard to find the building as shared with other complexs and had a very small plaque) it was very well positioned and very clean. Staff were polite.
The lift was a little small for 2 with a suitcase in but doable.
The best bit was the terraced roof but this is only avalable during the day, which is a shame as the evenings are hot and would make for a perfect place to have a drink when it starts to cool. The hotel does not have any communal rooms or restaurants and the bedrooms, though a good size to sleep and get changed has nowhere to sit easily. So the roof terrace again should be avalable .
The rooms air con worked really well, but out particular room had an issue with the extractor fan in the bathroom rattling and not turning off. I raised it with the staff and they said maintenance said it was fine. It was not so I had to turn off the power at distribution board each time to silence it. Apart from that easy enough to stay in and very convinent for location in the city. We had a great time. Breakfast staff were so friendly

The only issue we had was you could hear people talking in the middle of the night. May have just been our room location. Staff were great and so was the breakfast.

A beautiful boutique hotel, in the heart of old Rome. The Pantheon, Trevi fountain were within easy walking distance. The morning breakfast was wonderful, with attentive and helpful staff. Id recommend it if you are looking for an authentic Italian boutique hotel experience.
