Weekend in Rome

Great location near Termini station, metro and bus stations. Room clean, bathroom in the corridor, nice and friendly service. No logo outside the building, it was difficult to find our accommodation..

Do not stay here.

We arrived at the stated location, and were surprised when the person meeting us took us to a different building - she spoke no English.
Our room was extremely damp, smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and was not as advertised.
1. daily housekeeping there was none; 2. the room is listing as non smoking yet smelt strongly of smoke; 3. the room was nothing like the photos; 4. there was mould in the room; 5. there was no fridge in the room as stated in the listing; 6. the room was extremely damp; 7. loose light fitting; 8. off the wall socket 9. the ‘free’ water offered to us had already been opened; 10. the free toiletries as listed were actually bath soap.
I shared my disappointment and the received a very angry response which did not address the issues.

Not recommended!!!!

We were greeted by a lady who spoke only Chinese, very little Italian and no English. She led us to another building on the fourth floor. The common kitchen with the other guests is limited, there is mold everywhere in the shower and we understood that the water bottles, available to us in the fridge, had already been used and reused, filled with tap water. A cleaning lady comes in the morning but hygiene, in general, was not there, despite her work and we thank her. According to the guests, it is sometimes difficult to find sleep, during the eventful return of late evening. I don't recommend it.

Poor unsanitary far bellow expectations and price

I would really like to meet all those who gave good reviews and talk about their health standards. The room was one of the worst i have ever stayed not at all close to the photos or the expectations following the price per night.
First of all it was dirty with no hot water during our 3 days vacations the sheets had blood stains and hairs . But the most important problem was that the toilet didnt work properly from the time we arrived. The owner did not speak any english at all (although she informs otherwise at her site). We asked to switch rooms but she couldnt understand a word. From day 1 to day 3 the toilet did not flush most of the time (really inconvenient and embarashing)
Last but not least i would like to mention that the breakfast is not served like most roooms and hotels. In the hall there was a small table with some basics and a fridge for all the tenants with water and juice (no fridge in the rooms!!).
AND OF COURSE NO RECEIPT!! Although we asked

Budget place to stay, this is a hostess.

If you want to stay in a budget place you can stay there. This is a hostess so you will stay in a private room with a private bathroom inside the Chinese lady. There is no big sign so you need to look at the wall to see the Lemei House. The Lady do not speak english neither Italian but we could communicate. She's very kind to try to explain things. It was all good but as I said, this is a budget place to stay. For me it was fine, no issues.
