Great place to stay!
We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It was better than we had expected.
It was clean- and the host was super kind and nice! The views from our balcony were EXCEPTIONAL!!
We had one very rude lady stay in there for one of the nights- who came and yelled at us for flushing the toilet around 23.00. (Which I guess has nothing to do with the place we were- just the other people staying there!)
One thing that you all need to remember is that there is a late check in fee- as well as a city tax- that must be paid CASH upon ARRIVAL. We did not know that- and had to scrape up enough cash to pay.
Also- it is a little bit of a hike from any transport- although if you have the unlimited public transportation- take bus 409 from about 200m from there and take the metro. OR, you can walk about 1 km and take the streetcar.
Would reccommed this place!

Don't book this place
The only positive from our stay was the bed, that slept great and the mattress was good. Other then that all was bad. The owner didn't help or assisted with anything after we arrived. Before arrival he was very helpful. An AC is in the room but doesn't work, no remote. Shower is small and dirty with moult on the wall. The building is in a sketchy neighbourhood far away from down town. The connection was ok for me but my wife hated everything from our stay there. There were other people staying in different rooms in the same apartment, not sure if they lived there or also were on holiday. They had a very loud dog with them which barked continuously and was very annoying. The building was in scaffolding at at 8am workers started being loud and working. We booked through booking.com but this property is not worth being on it.

Worst hostel ever. Stay away from this hostel
Stay away from "Next Stop Roma Affittacamere Da Me"
My cousin and me made a booking for 2 nights there.We sent them an email one month before our checking in saying we were going to arrive late and if it is possible but they did not reply , we emailed them again 2 days before our arrival but were left with no answer. Once we arrived and tried to check in, the man working there came with his pyjama after agoda called him and he asked us to pay 54 euros (40 as a supplement because we are late therefor he never replied to our email to prevent us we have to pay supplement) + (7 euro each one for taxe: we accepted to pay taxe because its the law in rome), he was extremely impolite and agressive . He kicked us out and left us in the street and it was 1 am . We had to find another hotel, and luckily we found one at 5 am.Next day, as we booked for 2 nights, we went there before 6pm (so normally we dont have to pay for supplement), the man asked us again to pay 40 euros (for what?). The owner came and was rude to us, we were insulted, he told me "f*** y**" and he was racist with us he told us go back to your country here is not france.We had again to book in another hotel.Be careful when dealing with them . I am disapointed with the way they treated us. one of my worst experiences.

Next stop nightmare!
Positive: it’s relatively clean.
Negative: where to start...rooms are nothing like the pictures show!! Ours was extremely run-down.
Owner was very friendly and easy to reach until we arrived. After check-in, he didnt respond to our questions and simply disappeared.
If you check the pics you can see ACs in the rooms but don’t get fooled they aren’t working..
Extremely noisy street, some kids were having a party right under our window until late in the night
But the worst thing about this accommodation is its LOCATION!! It takes 40 minutes at least to get into the city center. Owner told us we can reach a metro station within 10 minutes walk. It was rather 20 minutes and a nightmare to get there. You have to walk next to the cars at a busy road. It’s risky to come home during the evening by public transportation due to the neighborhood, it’s clearly not for tourists..
Don’t fall into this trap, we decided to change accommodation and we’re so glad we did it. You can find much better options in Rome!!

Never again!!
1 tip. Stay away.
Its dirty. Everything is loud. The man who works there is not friendly and doesnt speak english or italian.
After 1 hour we go and booked another place. Cause it was a nightmare. The bed smelled like it was never cleaned.
