Warm and welcoming staff

As soon as we pulled up, several staff came out to help with our luggage. Beautiful hotel and nicest staff. Front desk always lovely people working. Rooms very accommodating, from vanity kits to slippers to complimentary water bottles. Nice location too, can walk to see some sights.

Perfect stay

We stayed a few days at this hotel, and the experience was wonderful.
The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast is very complete and of good quality.
The location is ideal for visiting the city, with several public transportation options very close by. Also noteworthy is the cleanliness of the facilities and, especially, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, which made our stay in Rome perfect.
Without a doubt, we recommend it and will return to stay here.

First class

Wonderful experience in a fantastic location. The front office manager Christian was extremely welcoming, and one of the other employees Daniel is first class. They even have a nice gym and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff!

Excellent service! I can't thank fantastic waiter/bartender Roberto enough for his kindness and hospitality to this solo traveler, unfortunately, traveling with a very difficult and negative group of people. The front desk were also kind and patient as well. Thank you!
