What a great little hotel right in the middle of all attractions.

Good aspects but not worth the price

I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price. The hotel’s amenities, service and decor didn’t quite live up to the photos or price. The AC is very good, the location is excellent and the room was clean.

Great location, many flaws, poor value for the price

Feedback on my recent stay - Major issues with room changes. While the property's location is superb, my recent stay was highly disappointing due to several major operational and service issues. Over a four-day stay, we were forced to change rooms three times. The first room had a clogged shower drain and a broken TV. The second room was significantly smaller and also had a broken TV. To make matters worse, the manager promised that our third room would be an upgrade, but it was the same room category as our original booking. Furthermore, the guest service was incredibly inconsistent, ranging from outright rude to excellent. The breakfast offering also fell well short of expectations for the price; the selection was extremely limited, and buffet trays were frequently left empty. Finally, while the roof garden offers nice views, the morning sun is unbearable due to a lack of shade, and the area suffers from a major bird problem if food is left unattended for even a few seconds.

Small, fine, and full of heart... Absolute recommendation!

Great hotel, friendly and genuinely warm staff, the best central location for our activities, clean, and an amazing view from the rooftop bar where breakfast is also served along with evening drinks and light snacks.
All the staff were very communicative, and thanks to them, we gathered so many wonderful new experiences. Thank you very much! We will come back - Keep it up ❤️

A very pleasant stay at this establishment

The location is perfect for visiting Rome
The staff was very attentive from our arrival, and even once at the airport... thanks to their quick intervention, my husband was able to retrieve his phone left in the taxi!
They provided excellent advice for visiting Rome. The reception staff is truly attentive to guests' needs.
The room was perfect for a short stay, and we heard no street noise, which is very important given the location.
The rooftop is a very appreciated bonus, both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for cocktails
