I was very impressed with the room and the service provided by the staff who manage it. It is definitely a great option for staying for a while.

Responds to expectations
What is reported in the description fully corresponds to reality. what we travelers can add is: clean, recently renovated, managed with courtesy and professionalism totally remotely. Nice and welcoming lady in charge of the care of the structure that we found in the morning.
Of course Rome is large and it is preferable to stay close to the area of interest to avoid long travel times, but this B & B is also suitable for those who want to be close to Termini Station without experiencing the situations that unfortunately are near the central stations of all cities.

Sapere che avete trovato tutto esattamente come descritto, pulito, ristrutturato di recente e curato con professionalità, ci riempie di soddisfazione. Anche se la gestione è organizzata da remoto, per noi accoglienza significa presenza costante, assistenza attenta e qualità del servizio in ogni momento del soggiorno.
Ci fa davvero piacere che abbiate apprezzato la nostra collaboratrice: la cura quotidiana della struttura e l’attenzione ai dettagli sono parte fondamentale dell’esperienza che vogliamo offrire ai nostri ospiti.
Avete colto perfettamente anche il valore della posizione: Roma è una città grande e scegliere un alloggio in una zona strategica è essenziale. Essere vicini alla Stazione Termini permette collegamenti rapidi con tutto il centro storico e le principali attrazioni, mantenendo però un contesto più tranquillo e sicuro rispetto alle aree immediatamente adiacenti alle grandi stazioni.

This is not a hotel, but rooms in a flat. Still liked it.
This hotel is not actually a hotel. In fairness, it does say Guest House. The Rome Central Rooms is a small renovated partial flat with three rooms and a central kitchen. You can get daily room clean up if you want, but no front desk. The hotel was also confusing to find, but once we figured out they were rooms to let, it was easy. The owners responded to their text right away to buzz us into the building door. There are locks to get into the building, the front door, and your room. Put numbers in your phone and remember the key. No problems.
The hotel is located in a safe, neighborhood area and close to a delicious cafe and grocery store. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Great deal! Well located. We took Ubers, but bus stop right out front. This would be perfect for that large family or multiple families that needed extra rooms/space and can keep costs down. The owners were available by text and they do offer an inexpensive breakfast. I would skip it and to to the cafe for a little more cost. I think you could cook there if you like. Overall, I liked it. Met all of my personal needs: safe, clean, and in a neighborhood.

Perfection, from management to cleaning. Kelly amazing
Apartment spotless, run immensely well by Kelly. The room is spacious, spacious, bright and super clean, as well as attention to every detail. Upon our arrival we found in the room a kind of welcome, or rather, a tray with water on top, personal kettle, tea bags, sugar, glasses and cups. Comfortable bed, blankets and sheets fragrant and spotless, ditto the bathroom, equally spacious and shining. The kitchen, the common space practically, is a gem, with a laid table and everything you need for a flawless breakfast. In the morning Kelly insisted on making us breakfast, bringing us to the room two fantastic cappuccinos, the ones with artfully made foam, toast with butter and jam, and biscuits. Also, just like a hotel, Kelly tidies and cleans every room completely, with admirable precision and cleanliness. I must say that it was a magnificent stay, all seasoned with the beautiful location of the apartment, located in the center of Rome, close to the points of interest, as well as close to the subway. The area is always well lit, alive but quiet. Rating 10/10

Sapere che avete trovato l’appartamento pulitissimo, luminoso, spazioso e curato in ogni dettaglio conferma il lavoro quotidiano che facciamo per offrire qualità, comfort e un’accoglienza autentica.
Kelly sarà felicissima di leggere le vostre parole. La sua dedizione, la cura quasi “artigianale” nella pulizia delle camere, l’attenzione ai profumi delle lenzuola, l’ordine impeccabile del bagno e la passione con cui prepara la colazione fanno davvero la differenza. I cappuccini con la schiuma perfetta, il pane tostato, la marmellata… sono piccoli gesti che vogliono farvi sentire a casa, ma con il servizio e la precisione di un hotel nel centro storico di Roma.
Ci fa piacere che abbiate apprezzato anche il vassoio di benvenuto in camera e la cucina in comune, pensata come uno spazio accogliente dove iniziare la giornata nel modo migliore. E naturalmente siamo felici che la posizione strategica, vicino alla metropolitana e ai principali punti di interesse di Roma, abbia reso il vostro soggiorno ancora più comodo e piacevole, in una zona viva ma tranquilla e ben illuminata.
Il vostro 10/10 è per noi una grande soddisfazione. Speriamo davvero di potervi accogliere di nuovo per un’altra esperienza speciale a Roma.
