Excellent

All of the staff are amazing! Tony the bar tender made me the most delicious French Martini and was very lovely, overall a great experience.

Stayed in: Jul 2026

Electrical power was cut to our room on night two while we were sleeping. Just to our room, hallway and other rooms were not affected.
After the 3rd night, was our checkout date. Just before we were about to take our luggage into the elevator, power to the elevator was cut. Forcing us to carry heavy luggage down 3 flights of stairs. The hotel provided no concessions to these 2 incidents.

Amazing !!

AMAZING experience!! My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Rome for our honeymoon and we had a great time! The service was outstanding and the rooms were very clean and had AC. We would definitely stay again our next time in Rome!

Excellent experience

Excellent experience and very courteous staff, Tony and Red are phenomenal, knowledgeable, and friendly. Despite the formality of the place, they make you feel at home, very kind.

Impeccable service a big thank you to our servers Tony and Julio, the meals are very hearty and very affordable, the quality was there I highly recommend and will return on occasion
