Comfort

Impeccable service, spotless rooms... comfortable, you sleep like dormouses for the comfort of the bed.
Whatever happens you can count on staff who are on call and available.
Prices that do not go through the roof, in the heart of Rome... is not common.
I love you...I'll be back soon!

I highly recommend it

Loved, super comfortable the room the terrace, everything very clean, to spend a few days in Rome is great, you have the kitchen which is a common space where you leave coffee you have some sweet biscuits, you check in and check out autonomously, the instructions are super clear, and it is 3 blocks from the restaurants in trastevere, I would stay again

(SUITE or SH*T ?) You find MUCH BETTER... paying less...

When I thought that the worst was the musty smell, the horrible and uncomfortable (and old) bed where I couldn't sleep at all... that's where I met the owner.
To be honest, I made a mistake, due to the flight delay, the organizational chaos with my daughter who was supposed to go to her grandparents, and I did not promptly inform the owner that for one night I was forced to have my daughter sleep too in the room.
For this error, which I immediately resolved the following morning by sending the relevant document and explaining the reason, I paid for it with 15 minutes of a "lecture" given by a dirty, arrogant, poorly educated and very domineering gentleman.
Things could have been said in an absolutely different way, but the best part comes when, after having apologized and provided with documents etc etc, I explained to the gentleman, who I later discovered was the owner, that I felt uncomfortable in the room.
In an overbearing manner he entered the room showing me that there was no mould, and that the smell is subjective, that the bed and the mattress are a subjective problem, that everything was in perfect condition.
A rather unpleasant person, and who I later discovered was the same one who cleans the rooms, so from here I also understand the reason for the low quality of cleaning...
I took the SUITE, in the photos it looked like a room, but in person it was old, smelly and dark, more than a SUITE it seemed like a SH*T...
The owner boasted of the 120 square meter terrace, yes... a terrace shared with other people, and also poorly maintained.
The price is even justified by the area says the owner... well, I found a hotel for LESS with CLEAN, SCENTED, PERFECT rooms and a completely different welcome.
HORRIBLE experience...
Read the reviews before setting foot in this horrible place, where the only salvation they have is to stick Post-Its on the wall with written wonderful experiences that travelers have had...
Post-Its that I also doubt are real...
I don't leave a post-it with my negative experience, but I write here the disgust I found in the room, in the bed, in the environment and above all in the owner.
Never ever
"I'm not even going back to this dive dead."
I'm from Rome, and these places make me vomit for the poor tourists...

Pleasant stay. Perfect location. Wonderful owner and staff. Clean, comfortable.

The location, at the southern end of the Trastavere was perfect. We were in within walking range of all of the sites. We could be in a quaint square within seconds of walking out of the door, but the real touristy hoard of people were far away. The apartment was quaint and nicely decorated. Having a balcony veranda was wonderful. The air conditioning (very important as it was 100 degrees) functioned well. Bathrooms were updated. Everything was clean. The cleaning staff and owner were friendly and kind. It was a perfectly wonderful place to stay in Rome.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Originally we had some issues with the booking, moving rooms, but Simone the owner did a wonderful job of coming by and assuaging any fears or problems and took care of us.

Wonderful find!

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this beautiful decorated apartment with amazing garden terrace. It is ideally located to walk to all the sights you need to see in Rome. Lots of public transport stops nearby too. We arrived early but were welcomed and able to drop our luggage so we could set off out sightseeing. There are shops just along from the apartment where you can buy wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace in the evening. This accommodation is reasonably priced and certainly value for money. My only negative is we did struggle to locate it, better signage or clearer instructions from the vendor would have assisted, however I would recommend this place to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very good location
