Beautiful hotel, super large, it has like four towers.

Comfortable room for four in this hotel, it is in the Termini area on an avenue with easy access to Rome's attractions. The front desk staff was very kind, unlike those who were in the patio bar area. Comfortable, spacious room, very good mattresses for resting after so much sightseeing, it has a very nice small pool.

Sleepless nights

Hotel with good accessibility, and a receptionist, Agustina, who is quite friendly.
We had some bad nights due to the protests at the Spin Time building; our room faced the street where the building is located. It was only on the third day that we asked to be moved, and they did move us to a room with the constant noise of three motors that were also noisy; the rooms are not soundproof... The breakfast is quite average, industrial pastries, overly sweet machine juices, and little variety.

The property itself was very well maintained. It was clean and the A/C was cold. Unfortunately once you left the hotel it was slightly less appealing. Graffiti everywhere, homeless people laying on the sidewalks, and not a whole lot in close proximity. We ended up taking taxis/ubers everywhere which basically wiped out any savings versus staying in the more “touristy” part of Rome.

STAY AWAY! Barely a 2 star, don’t let it fool you. It totally ruined our stay in Rome!!! Hotel located in the ghetto. No better street you can get into the hotel, all with dog poop or human feces on the street. Then there’s a humanitarian shelter/camp right outside of the hotel for 2 out of 4 nights during our stay, cops blocked out the street, tons of people sleeping on cots all over that street. The hotel staff never checked on hotel guests with this inconvenience at all. Never bothered to offer anything to ease up and better the experiences.

Everything is fine, close to the metro Manzoni (~7 min of walk), some pizzerias around to eat.
Renovated chamber, etc.
One inconvenience though: they have a small outside swimming pool, and when it was +36+38 it was full of water but not allowed to swim (for some reasons A-B-C ...).
Buit overall, yes, I could recommend the Cross hotel for staying.
