The hotel and room were spotless, and the location is very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking. The area felt very safe, and the hotel is well located, just a few blocks from the train station. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! I also really appreciated the air conditioning in my room, it was the best of all the hotels I stayed at during my past few weeks in Italy.

Great place to stay one block from Roma Termini

Our room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The AC worked great and that’s very important in Rome during the summer! We started our day with a very nice breakfast there. We will definitely stay there for our next visit to Rome.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very decent. The air conditioning was absolutely great, especially during the hot weather in Rome.
The only downside was our first basic room, Room 207, which was quite small. The air conditioning was directed straight towards the head of the bed, which made the first night a little uncomfortable. However, after upgrading our room, we had a great and very comfortable stay.
The hotel is also conveniently located close to Roma Termini train station, which made our arrival and departure to the airport very easy. Overall, a very good experience.

I would have given 5 stars except for one staff in the early ( 8 am) morning of June 24 who was not very friendly. I was requesting for something and his demeanor was a little off as if I'm bothering him . Started talking in Italian to his colleague as if letting him know not to heed to my needs for the moment because they were busy . Very rude .

Great location near the train station. Excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of multiple historic sites.
