We are a family of four who booked two nights at Galbusera Bianca, expecting air conditioning and a pool.
Unfortunately, this was not the case at all.
No AC: The rooms were fine, but we barely slept. There was no air conditioning, and the room reached 29°C at night.
No Pool: The advertised pool did not exist, which was a huge disappointment for our kids.
Poor Breakfast: On day one, there was no real bread, and on day two, it was bone dry. The eggs on the first day were served raw. They made new ones, but then saved the leftovers and served them to us again the next day.
We were the only guests there, so the staff wasn't busy, yet they were not welcoming. When we complained, they gave us strange excuses about "central climate control between floors," only to admit at checkout that it was an error on Hotels.com.
The area is beautiful, but due to misleading information, poor service, and lack of comfort, we cannot recommend staying here.

Better to stay away.
The location is stunning from both a landscape and architectural perspective, and it was precisely this that made us fall in love with the place. Unfortunately, the organizational experience was extremely disappointing, especially with the new management that took over in March 2026.
For months, we faced continuous communication problems: information given multiple times seemed to be understood but was then forgotten or completely ignored. The situation became evident the day before the wedding when the chef asked us again to write down on a piece of paper who had allergies, intolerances, or vegan menus, despite having communicated everything months earlier.
On the wedding day, the delays were severe and compromised the entire success of the event. At 3:30 PM, the cake cutting was scheduled, but not even the first course of lunch had been served yet. The guests remained seated at the table until 6:00 PM, and many got up without even finishing the menu.
Even the dishes served did not match what was agreed upon during the menu tasting or what was listed in the final menu. Some examples:
* an intolerant person received ingredients they should not have eaten;
* the vegan menu agreed upon with porcini mushrooms was served with button mushrooms;
* a sliced steak that was supposed to come with baked potatoes arrived with mushrooms;
* for a dish intended for a celiac person, we discovered that an ingredient planned for months was not even present in the kitchen.
The most difficult thing to accept, however, was the total lack of understanding from the individuals responsible for management and the kitchen. Not only did we not receive any genuine apologies, but at times there were aggressive tones and inappropriate responses.
Instead, we sincerely want to thank Silvia, Angelo, and Paola, part of the staff, who were present, kind, and humanly supportive throughout the day and even afterwards. The manager, whom we met the following day, also expressed regret and understanding for what had happened.
Unfortunately, however, no matter how beautiful the venue is, we do not feel comfortable recommending it for a wedding or an important event at this time.
