KINDNESS of the Front-Office truly EXEMPLARY, 5-star rating

5-star rating for the Professionalism and Kindness of Sofia at the Front-Office who was able to resolve in a few minutes a technical issue that forced me to stop my car and consequently stay overnight, also providing me with a charger for my cell phone that was dead; Thanks also to Michela for the quick check-out and availability in the breakfast room; for the rest, the location gets a 7 rating which, despite being dated, has still been recently renovated; ample parking, bar and outdoor areas guarantee excellent comfort even for a stay of a few days✌️

Horrible

One of the most surreal experiences of my life, after many years of traveling, was the first time I was asked to pay before going to my room. With foul-smelling dirty windows and a television that did not work, I requested to change rooms, but they did not allow me. They wanted to give me a single room and refund the difference when I had requested a double room and had already paid for a double room. After negotiations, a bellboy came, and after an hour, he succeeded. The television only worked for four channels, and after an hour, it turned off and was no longer visible. I absolutely do not recommend this place; in fact, tell your friends as well.

Never again at the Palace HOTEL

Questionable reception.
Old and deteriorated furniture and furnishings. Poor hygiene conditions. Old and dirty carpet.
Glass not washed for a long time. Dangerous power cables. Bathroom? Let's draw a pitiful veil. Value for money bad.

I booked this hotel for my colleagues who were on a business trip.
Dirty walls and carpets, beds that smelled of mold, plaster peeled off the bathroom wall with no signs of maintenance.

Arrived easily from Monza Brianza... Parking lot. Receptionists sorridenti. Check in fast immediate payment. Get directions to lunch and to downtown Rovigo. Room and bathroom clean. TV heating all right. Price that communicated by phone at the time of booking.️✔️❤️☎️✔️
