A vacation to repeat.

Hello, we stayed for a few days in mid-June at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and courteous. We made use of the beach under agreement. Thanks also to Mr. Eezo, who was an impeccable chauffeur. We will return.

Four stars? Not really.

Four stars that need improvement. A young man present at the reception was seen during the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts on the same day and also the next day... I don't believe such shifts can be managed. Without change. We stayed for two nights. Little attention to gluten-free options and other reported allergies, despite having called ahead and mentioned it more than once. In the end, while everyone could access a varied sweet and savory buffet, I, being celiac, was offered packaged sweet products, and for savory, the first waitress I asked seemed to be doing me a favor for two slices of ham and one mozzarella. The second waitress was very nice and polite, which improved the reception, and I always turned to her afterward. However, improvements are needed regarding celiac disease and allergens, as carelessness can become dangerous or prevent someone from having a pleasant stay, who might remain hungry to avoid risks. Clean environments, but in need of renovation, especially the exterior. Honestly, I would not return and I would not recommend it.

Sympathy and relaxation

I stayed at the Hotel Centrale in Sabaudia and the experience was really very positive. In particular, I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the receptionist: a man with very special eyeglasses who stood out for his kindness, hospitality and sympathy.
From the first moment he was extremely helpful, making us feel immediately at ease and showing great attention to guests. His way of working is really impeccable, always smiling and ready to help with competence and cordiality.
An important added value for the structure: congratulations indeed!

Perfect!

We spent one night here on our trip through Italy to Sicily. The room clean and quiet. Breakfast we should put together ourselves on arrival and tell the time we wanted to have breakfast in the room in the morning. This kind was probably due to the fact that only 2 rooms were occupied here. We were allowed to eat in the breakfast room and were very enthusiastic about the breakfast. Top quality and everything as desired the day before. Just great!
