Highly recommend this hotel and in general a visit to the Aosta Valley

Excellent hotel in a stunning area! The hospitality and service were above and beyond. This is our third time at the hotel and we will definitely be back.
Excellent breakfast with a variety of croissants in crazy flavors. Top-notch cheeses, vegetables, and fresh breads.

Do not book if you expect 4 star service or simple cleanliness

This is not a 4 star hotel so please do not book if you are expecting and used to any kind of service or cleanliness. We had so many issues from not even being able to get any food at all, even a simple sandwich to hard beds, dirty rooms and communal areas (that is once you even find your room through dirty fire escape stairs). The staff give zero service, the breakfast is a help yourself, with no waiters around to offer tea or coffee etc. It is a simple basic hotel with cleanliness issues, attached to a nice looking building with a lovely entrance hallway.

Peak

The drive up was amazing the views going up the beautiful staircase were wonderful. The staircase was amazing. The shower is peak perfection. An over the head shower with great temperate and water pressure. It made me feel refreshed, clean and energetic. The beds were soo comfy. I got a full 9 hours. The towel rivers were soo warm and comforting.

Excellent experience.

I spent a weekend at this facility, but I had already been there other times. This time I had a problem with a bed in our room, but the lady at the reception was not only very kind, but she arranged to have it changed immediately, accommodating us in the best way for this small inconvenience.
Both the internal bar and the breakfast room have very polite and professional staff, as well as the breakfast itself, which is fabulous.... excellent quality products, nothing is missing. Excellent services offered.
Highly recommended.

Not up to the advertised standard

Disappointing hotel, staff very unpleasant, bordering on disrespectful. The slightest service requested is a superhuman effort; I strongly advise against it if you are not a fan of casinos. Restaurant to avoid!
