Perfect!

Very nice hotel, few rooms, so quite exclusive.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very pretty. The view is magical. Beautiful pool, very clean.
Many thoughtful touches throughout the stay, such as a fan, sunscreen, home fragrance, sparkling wine...
We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant (Rotéo), fine and refined cuisine.
The only small downside if you order breakfast à la carte: the prices are relatively high.

Magnificent experience.

A wonderful hotel that offers services perfectly in line with its 5-star rating. Everything is thought out in the smallest details for the comfort and pleasure of the guests: the toiletries, the small welcome gestures, as well as the delicate gifts offered throughout the stay bring a true touch of elegance and refinement. Magnificent view of the lake.
The restaurant is also excellent, with a beautiful quality of cuisine and service.
In summary, an exceptional experience in a magnificent establishment. A remarkable hotel that I highly recommend.

Amazing Oasis

This lovely boutique hotel is a true gem on Lake Como. From its stunning setting overlooking the lake to its impeccable service, every aspect of our stay was exceptional.
MUSA strikes a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. The entire staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring that we felt welcomed and appreciated.
Each morning was a highlight. Enjoying a delicious breakfast overlooking the beauty of Lake Como is an experience that will soon not be forgotten.
I wish I could remember everyone's name because so many of the team made our stay special. I do remember Debra, who was exceptional and deserves special recognition for her friendliness, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. A side note—one morning I walked smack into the sliding glass doors, and without hesitation, she brought me a lovely napkin wrapped in ice.
Grazie di cuore per tutto. Speriamo di rivedervi presto.

Great hotel, great views, great staff

We had a fantastic stay at MUSA. The hotel is superb understated tasteful sophistication and benefits from some of the best views to be had around Lake Como. Nothing can be faulted. Best of all, the staff were all exceedingly welcoming and friendly while providing top service. This was non stop from the moment we arrived in the early hours and were received by a very pleasant helpful gentleman, to the moment we drove out the car park assisted by the parking staff. Excellent experience all round.

Exquisite!

Superb! Amazing setting. Great food in the restaurant, whatever you choose - tapas, à la carte or the tasting menu. All good. Rooms in the hotel are excellent. But the staff are the best! Friendly, professional and just oh-so welcoming. They just make you feel happy! Wonderful.
