Perfect!

Everything perfect! Location, private parking, spacious room with all the comforts, abundant breakfast with artisanal baked goods. Few rooms and everything within reach and very kind staff. Highly recommended

A good starting point for visiting the beautiful sea of Salento!

B&B located on a side street of the main avenue of Marina di Pescoluse, very close (walking distance) to public beaches and private beach clubs (Venere) and a few minutes by car from the beaches of Salento (Seychelles). Cozy room with a small balcony (ask for those on the first floor). Free parking, good breakfast and takeaway service (at lunch) that can be consumed in the cool breakfast-bar room. Friendly and helpful staff. The area surrounding the structure is in the completion phase.

An unforgettable vacation!

We stayed at this hotel and we were really very well.
The room was very nice, clean, and well-maintained in every detail.
The staff was always kind, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the very first moment.
Breakfast was one of the strong points: rich, varied, and with quality products. A special mention goes to the warm pasticciotti served, truly exquisite!
We greatly appreciated the take-away lunch service, with a wide selection of Apulian specialties such as frise, focacce, pitte, parmigiana, panini, and much more, all very good and at truly convenient prices.
The location is excellent: in about 5 minutes on foot, you can reach Lido Venere, which is well-equipped and very convenient, while a pleasant 10-minute walk takes you to Torre Vado, where numerous kiosks and venues can be found in the evening to enjoy local specialties.
Cesare deserves a mention, the designated driver from the steut5che who took care of the transfer from Lecce station to the hotel: a delightful, funny, and very welcoming person!
A stay that we recommend without hesitation. If we return to the area, it will definitely be our reference point!

I recommend it

Spacious quadruple room, also comfortable bathroom, all renovated and automated. Essential breakfast, maybe some yogurt would not hurt, however there are always 3 or 4 types of fresh bread, croissants, homemade cakes and the cafeteria bar (not the machines as usually in 3-star hotels). Very close beach.

Very nice and spacious rooms....beautiful bathroom....very close to a beautiful sea....very kind at reception...great value for money
