Well-kept exteriors but dirty and neglected interiors: mold, indecent bathrooms and no air conditioning
The outside is undoubtedly the highlight: well maintained garden, relaxing atmosphere and quiet location. From the outside it looks like a dream place.
Unfortunately, the interior did not live up to expectations and especially the price paid. As the photos show, several details leave something to be desired:
• Kitchen shelves with visible stains of mold
• No air conditioners and no mosquito nets, with hot and annoying mosquitoes
• Room cleaning on arrival non-existent: obvious dust and dirt
• I had to buy a new toilet brush because the present one was soiled with excrement, and use it immediately to clean toilets that were not sanitized and in indecent condition
• Ruined and dirty switches
For the amount paid, it is unacceptable to find accommodation in this state. The exterior gives the illusion of a dream place, but inside there is only neglect, mold and lack of hygiene.

a warning to visitors from other countries who are used to having more equipment supplied--
there is no toaster,kettle,grill or barbecue and no work surface to prepare meals so even breakfast is a challenge also nothing is supplied for the kitchen such as tea towels,washing up stuff and no condiments etc so you need to bring everything with you or go to the supermarket .
we only went into san teodoro a couple of times and were not very impressed the night market was mostly jewelry and the restaurants very average. we went to ottiolu less than 10 mins drive away south and eat at the restaurants on the harbour,they were better and cheaper with a lovely view.
