San Remo

Large good room, the bed a bit too hard. central, clean and fresh. Small shower. Easy to check in and out. Welcome and information via whats up. Close to good cafes and restaurants in San Remo. Free wifi which worked very well in the room.

The guest house is located in the center of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets and the Ariston Theatre.
It is on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, in the attic.
The first impression is not the best since at the entrance to the guest house there are traces of unfinished renovation work (electrical wires and exposed rubble). The room assigned to us was small but functional, thank goodness equipped with air conditioning. Decent cleanliness, if they gave the walls a refresh the room would definitely improve in quality, at the moment there are stains and dirt on the walls and it's not the best.
Very thin walls, if the neighbors talk, slam the wardrobe doors or the door, or take a shower, it seems like they are in the room. At night I heard the neighbor snoring (sic).
I would return to the property just for the excellent location and the honest price.

Noisy room neighbors

Small and clean room, with the bare essentials. We experienced the convenience of being able to access the room only via code and without having to contact someone. However, this sometimes allows certain tenants to have an inadequate attitude as this method lacks any control. Having to wake up in the middle of the night due to the music and noise of our neighbors was not a good experience at all (we had to ask twice to turn off the music, and this was between 03.30 and 04.00). in the morning) It's a shame because the room is also in a very good location.

The room was amazing, very big and kept very tidy with a TV and desk and big bed. The check in staff were lovely and punctual! Very central so close to walk everywhere. Loved having the air con! The only down side was that the walls were paper thing so you can hear everything that is going on either side of you (conversation/sex/TV) so I often found it hard to sleep until they did, so bring ear plugs! Also I didn’t like that there was no optional blanket as I find it hard to sleep with just a sheet.
