Beautiful

How nice to still find a person, so kind, and attentive in meeting the needs of the customer. Great breakfast served at the table in complete tranquility. Warm and welcoming environment.

Past glory; boring b@b.

Located a safe 15-minute walk from pleasant Sansepolcro, very quiet in a cul-de-sac. Secure street parking available.
The building gives a dusty impression due to the carpets and the many trinkets; the room was spacious and clean but furnished in an old-fashioned style. The bathroom was nice. The beds are not very good.
Breakfast tasty but limited (no egg, croissant).
Outdoor facilities are very limited; the swimming pool mentioned in some places does not exist. There are only two tables with some chairs, the peeling paint of which sticks to your skin.

Needing a little attention to detail

No doubt many years ago, this hotel offered a good selection andare of accommodation and service.
The recent stay, the bathroom needed quite a bit of attention. the toilet seat broken, hot water nearly absent and functioning only when pressure reduced.
There was evidence on the windowsill of mouse droppings, but outside of the insect net.
It was disappointing having expressed these issues that not so much of an apology but an explanation of how these problems would be rectified later.
