"Gianfranco"
We just left with the family, this beautiful structure, really impeccable service, from the cleanliness of the room to the kindness, but I would especially like to emphasize the seriousness and availability of GIANFRANCO with whom from the beginning has established a perfect understanding then proving to be a person "good"... we will see you soon!

PEACE AND SEA VIEW
EXCELLENT PROPERTY WITH SEA VIEWS and only 500 m from the beaches The Owner Gianfranco is a very helpful person attentive to every need.Last detail: clean rooms, automatic check, very powerful wi fi we will definitely return

HALLUCINATING
I approach by phone the owner of this "b&b" to rent a room. She asks me 70€, in the meantime that I was on the phone, my husband finds the room on booking at a price of 50€, I refer to the Owner that 'I would have booked on booking. At the time of Reservation the room is no longer available. I recall the b & b and agree 70 € for the room. After 2 hours, the Owner sends a message saying that the room costs 90€. We contact and agree for 70€.
We arrive at the structure and enter the room, small, smelly and furnished with furniture recovered from dumpsters, ok we overlook the aesthetics.
We get into the shower, after checking in at 6 pm, I get out of the shower and I find many ants running around everywhere. I observe the room and notice dirt stains in the corners of the floors and centimeters of dust on the furniture, on the windowsills and greasy dirt on the kitchen furniture. I call the Owner and ask him to change rooms, he says he can "throw" some insecticide. I refuse because it is harmful and he proposes to return the money and leave. I ask him for an hour to look for an alternative accommodation, but he refuses. Okay, you can't sleep in the street, let's fly over....
Returning after a walk in Sapri, we lifted the bedspread and found sheets with yellow spots. It's night... We put the beach towels on the bed and sleep.
In the morning we woke up, brought some bags in the car, went down for breakfast in a partner bar, went back to the "room" to get the last things and, SURPRISE! A half-naked lady in the room. An employee of his who was changing in our room because the Owner "THOUGHT" we had left, because "he saw us carrying bags in the car."
We take the last things, contact the Owner telling him that we had paid for the room until 10 am and that it was inconceivable to return at 9 am and find a half-naked person inside the same.
I share the unfortunately REAL experience, I spend my time writing this review because everyone has the right to draw conclusions.

Ugly, dirty and smelly.
On holiday with my wife in beautiful Sapri, we came across this terrifying structure, outside it is all abandoned, where old equipment is stored definitely for years, garbage everywhere, there is no reception, the room smelled of sewer and was very dirty, the bed lacked slats, the shower had two options, hot or freezing.
Breakfast is done in a bar far away, (if I didn't ask for tickets, he wouldn't leave them)
