A dream B&B and a rare kindness

We stayed in this location my wife and I for the Valentine's Day party in the village near San Valentino Torio. We were greeted by the owner Mr. Edoardo Ruggiero a very humble person and a unique kindness. At the entrance they have a shop where they sell all agricultural products at KM0. They accompanied us to the room where each room is of different color all related to the types of tomatoes. Inside a cleanliness that stands out to the eyes and a scent of freshness, to finish with a beautiful decor. For guests there is a dining corner in the lobby of the hotel 24 hours to offer everything from snacks to drinks plus those in the room. For breakfast there is everything from sweet to savory, and a boy Daniele with a courtesy and education rare who prepared us a delicious breakfast.
After breakfast he accompanied us to the Shop where we bought some products and here Mr. Edward gave us more of their products. In the end he showed us together with his wife their company with attached logistics and I swear there also an order and a cleaning UNIQUE!!
Thank you again for the welcome and humility.

Disappointing experience and unacceptable management

After booking well in advance at Gustarosso Rooms, I was informed, close to the date of stay, that the structure could no longer accommodate me due to an alleged "convention". Afterwards, they cancelled the reservation citing an invalid credit card as an excuse, despite the fact that the reservation required payment at the property and my card was fully functional.
This behavior was highly improper and unprofessional. The last minute cancellation left me with no alternative in a location already fully booked for local events, forcing me to look for more expensive and distant solutions.
I would strongly advise against this property to anyone looking for reliability and respect for the customer.

Discrezione, pulizia e garbo degli operatori. Camera ben insonorizzata e moderna. Se ne avrò ancora bisogno sarà il mio punto di riferimento! Sono della zona e sono stato sempre diffidente delle strutture ricettive locali. Mi devo ricredere.

TUTTO PERFETTO

Ho soggiornato il 2 e il 3 di gennaio al Gustarosso e devo confermare gli ottimi giudizi che avevo sentito in precedenza da persone a me vicino (fratello e cognata).
Camera ben arredata e colorata, riscaldamento da regolare autonomamente,dotata di ogni comfort. Bagno spazioso con ampia doccia.
Tutto ciò puntando su una pulizia e igiene molto accurata. La colazione oltre ad essere molto fornita, è squisita; la signora addetta è molto gentile, disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Concludo affermando che la cordialità e disponibilità del personale e dei proprietari,crea un ambiente familiare rendendo molto piacevole il soggiorno.
Mi auguro ci siano altre occasioni per rivederci.
