Well but noisy

The hotel is very decent, spacious and clean room, simple but plentiful and very good breakfast. But the hotel is noisy due to its proximity to the railway line. With Voyages Privés a train ticket to the Cinque Terre was included but they forgot to specify that the train passed through the room.

Stayed at the hotel many times and it is always the same. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and social areas and definitely good value.

Only for one night

Everyone has their own standard of travel and this is nice because it allows everyone to work on one side, and have fun on the other, but certainly that of "in the village" is not ours.
Friendly host. The structure is a bit bleak when you arrive; it looks anything but a residence. The location in fact is convenient to the historic center of Sarzana, although the road that separates them consists in part of a pedestrian underpass that in the evening could create fears to cross it.
We slept in a kind of apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Calling it "spartan" or cheaply furnished does not make the idea.
In addition to the sense of emptiness that surrounds you, two burnt bulbs, one in the access stairs, sink mixer missing the 'bar that allows the regulation of' water curtains mounted so precariously that trying to open one fell the support stick... Really essential furniture...
Breakfast not bad in relation of course to the targhet of the residence.
Our room was facing the 'adjacent railway so very noisy.
The price in my opinion, even if we are not experts in residence, seemed excessive.
