Dolce Vita in the Tuscan hills

We spent a wonderful three days here. The property is a dream and the views of the surrounding hills as well. The building is old but well maintained and, despite small blemishes, by no means seems spoiled. Our room (Galileo) was also beautiful. A very comfortable bed, wonderful views from the balcony and a fan for the necessary overnight cooling.
The also well maintained pool invites you to laze and enjoy.
And also the very warm and courteous staff and the excellent cuisine convinced us. Thanks Massimilano, Sara, Beatrice, Noemi and Francesco!
The perfect place for peace-loving gourmets to switch off and recharge their batteries.
We would definitely come back!

Fabulous stay

Typical and charming Tuscan farmhouse (red brick vaulted ceiling, stone building, terracotta floor, wooden attic), immersed in the green hills, with a swimming pool overlooking a fabulous panorama. All the staff friendly and welcoming. Delicious cuisine. Nicely decorated room and comfortable bed. Numerous strawberry trees of which we made a tasty taste.

Unique experience in an elegant estate immersed in the Tuscan hills. Massimiliano, the staff and all the girls super prepared, kind and always ready.
Stylish rooms and delicious food. Swimming pool with beautiful views especially at sunset.

Hospitality in the Tuscany hills

The winery is located in the peaceful south of Tuscany in a dreamlike landscape high up on a hill, with a perfect view towards the sea. The estate exudes a relaxed atmosphere far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers. It is the perfect place to switch off. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, the food (both breakfast (a la carte) and dinner (a la carte or “theme evenings”)) is tasty and delicious. I would particularly like to highlight the staff, who are dedicated and always courteous to their guests. This is how hospitality works.

Grazie mille!

I stayed at Tenuta Fattoria Vecchia as a solo traveller recently and it was absolutely fantastic! If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway with plenty of gorgeous tuscan valleys of rolling hills and clifftop towns to visit nearby, this is the place for you. Massimiliano, Beatrice and Mirco really looked after me so well, they gave lovely service and great sightseeing tips. Very kind people who make you feel most welcome. A shout out to the excellent kitchen chef who cooked delicious! meals each night and also to the lovely cleaning team who worked their magic through the rooms and grounds. Excellent pool too. Nestled within olive groves and vineyards, you can simply sit and enjoy the birdsong and gentle breeze as you gaze across the valley, tall grasses gently swaying before you, casting their long shadows in the evening sun. Bliss. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay, veramente bello, grazie mille per tutto!!
