Romantic getaway

We stayed for one night at this property, helpful, friendly staff, ready to meet customer requests.
The rooms have a nice view and are clean.
We had dinner in their restaurant, high quality product, not to mention breakfast, super rich buffet.
We will definitely return

A WONDERFUL wedding

We chose this location for our wedding, which was on February 3rd.
First of all we chose it for the place, truly wonderful.
A hotel that really gives you the feeling of warmth and family.
Not to mention them: Marina and Roberto. Two fantastic people, with some experience in the sector and with an immense heart.
Of a kindness and availability that you no longer find nowadays.
The view, well, speaks for itself.
The food they served us was excellent and with a dish worthy of a restaurant with a capital R.
If you want to spend a weekend, a week or even just a day in a place that makes you feel good, this is the right place.
Thanks to the entire Confortola family for the dream they make us live every time we walk through that door.

HORRIBLE

I came to eat with some friends of mine on a skiing trip, the food is horrible and then for €15 a plate of tomato pasta and a chocolate pudding, among other things I was given a teaspoon of cheese to eat it!
Shame on you!!
I hope at least you will improve

Terrible stay, terrible service at an exorbitant price

Crazy prices, starting from the enormous cost of the room they charge PER PERSON, the poor quality meals at the prices of a central restaurant, the cover charge for all meals including breakfast also applied to 2 year old children. A scandal!
The rooms that open with the same key, the dated furnishings, there isn't even a hairdryer or a courtesy set (just a bar of soap for everyone!), the dirty towels, the TV that doesn't work.
The owner at the checkout who clings to the glass to justify the extras on the receipt (blaming the computer!!!) is ridiculous.
To get to the facility you are forced to use the snowmobile service because the road does not reach you, so you are tied to the closing times of the track, you can neither leave nor arrive after 8.30 am or before 5 pm.
Rifugio Camparient is absolutely to be avoided.

Gentile Cliente, ci spiace molto per la esperienza. Il listino è stato adeguato con prezzi a camera.
Per quanto riguarda le chiavi segnaliamo che sono differenziate ma probabilmente la sua era un pass in quanto un precedente cliente la aveva smarrita.
L'asciugacapelli viene dato su richiesta alla reception in quanto molti clienti preferisco utilizzare quello personale.
Per quanto riguarda la TV abbiamo provveduto a sistemare in quanto si era verificato un guasto causato da una fulminazione. Con il WiFi gratuito è comunque possibile navigare con i propri dispositivi.
La posizione dell'Alpe di Mera è molto particolare e il servizio motoslitta ha degli orari dettati dall'apertura delle piste da sci, che circondano la struttura. Riteniamo che però questo rappresenti una particolarità che rende la nostra struttura unica per vivere un'esperienza di relax e di comodità con le piste direttamente fuori dalla porta.
