Very nice structure and strategically located

Very nice structure and in a great location both to reach the beach below or the beautiful one of Cavoli also reachable on foot in 10/15 minutes. Convenient location to reach both Marina di Campo and Biodola Beach or Procchio Beach. Also Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri (beautiful and characteristic) can be reached in 30/40 minutes. We opted for the garden room with separate entrance and it was beautiful in the morning to go out into the outdoor space. Room and bathroom spacious and super clean. There is also a comfortable fridge. In the morning a rich breakfast was waiting for us with an exceptional choice of desserts for all tastes. The cakes prepared daily by Mrs. Lorraine were delicious and always different. If you want also savory department with cold cuts and cheese as well as fruit of all kinds.
The owner, Mr. Silvano welcomed us every day friendly and kind, always ready to advise us on itineraries and how to move to reach them. We thank you for the beautiful holiday and would definitely recommend this property

First time from Italo recommended by my sister... great location near the sea... super clean room really good ... friendly and welcoming staff.... good breakfast served on the terrace.... if I really have to find a defect the bathroom a little dated and the small shower ... but we had a great time we will be back thanks very highly recommended

First time on Elba

Excellent accommodation. Well located in a quiet area. Excellent for rest and to make sea. But the added value is people and services such as the loan of beach equipment. Much appreciated by us bikers with little stuff to follow.

Holiday near the sea

Very very nice hotel, exceptional location a few meters from the beautiful beach of Seccheto that despite being free the structure provides deck chairs and umbrella. Good sea view breakfast also with tasty homemade cakes, TOP staff, very kind, super helpful and nice with customers. We recommend it especially for Silvano, Michela, Cristiano and all the other staff. The rooms are clean and tidy, approved and recommended, we will be back.
