Welcoming and comfortable
the facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is very helpful, yet discreet.

Nas nightmare place!
Bad experience, horror movie hygienic conditions!
With my partner an hour before our arrival we had to leave because of the stained sheets and pillows, the towels dirty with excrement, the room invaded by mosquitoes, insects running around in the bed, the lack of a power outlet to recharge the phone!
Lack of mosquito nets so impossible to open the windows to ventilate the bedroom and bathroom. At our request for a refund, the manager had to object in front of the evidence and had an indispositional and provocative rather than apologizing for ruining the holiday and without having shown any understanding and desire to solve the problems raised.
MAI PIÙ!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE PLACE!!!

Convenient B&B to catch ealy flight in PMO
After a very warm and personal welcome by Rossella and her husband, we were lucky to find a parking spot in the street (the B&B is downtown and parking might be difficult). The B&B is made of several appartments in a building. A kitchen on the top floor gives access to a terrasse.
The rooms are very modern, beds very comfortable, A/C very efficient.
Bathrooms were very clean and modern, just like the rooms.
We had one double bed on one floor (with its bathroom) and two double beds on a higher floor.
The B&B is 20 minutes away from PMO, with easy checkout, which makes it a great option to catch an early flight.

Sentirsi come a casa!
Volendo tornare a Sferracavallo, paesino a mio avviso perfetto per le vacanze in quanto in zona tranquilla a due passi dalle spiagge piu famose di Palermo, e pieno di ottimi ristoranti di pesce, stavolta ho prenotato da Malusi:
L’alloggio si trova proprio di fianco alla Farmacia (quindi facile da trovare), all’interno di un cancello che una volta aperto mi ha fatto trovare con piacere anche una mamma gatta con due cuccioli (che non ho mai mancato di salutare al mio passaggio, essendo grande amante dei gatti! Ma non avrebbero comunque dato fastidio a chi non li gradisce) , al secondo piano c’era la mia camera singola(gialla) : essenziale ma molto accogliente, moderna, dotata di piccolo balcone, aria condizionata ma comunque sempre ben ventilata essendo al secondo piano, televisore, phon, letto comodo (e non è poco anzi!!), doccia moderna con scompartimenti per appoggiare tutto il necessario, e la stanza era regolarmente pulita.
Degna di nota la colazione all’ultimo piano in terrazzo in autonomia, dove ho trovato frutta, dolci freschi ogni mattina (non merendine confezionate, ma brioches strapiene di marmellata!) e tutto il necessario per un’ottima partenza, insomma non mi hanno mai fatto mancare niente! Un frigo sempre disponibile dove poter lasciare la mia acqua e non solo, macchinetta per il caffè e microonde a disposizione, stendino dove poter mettere i teli ed il bucato… insomma come a casa!
Tra un piano e l’altro c erano riviste e guide a disposizione, il wifi era gratis…
Insomma ottimo rapporto qualita’/ prezzo!
I gestori sono stati sempre molto presenti ed ospitali ma mai invadenti, e se torneró a Sferracavallo non ho dubbi, torneró sicuramente da Malusi!! Soddisfatta al 100%

Perfetto!!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B Malusi nella settimana di Ferragosto, posizione strategica per riuscire a vedere molte delle spiagge più belle di Palermo. Eravamo in due coppie e avevamo due stanze moderne con vasca idromassaggio, veramente molto belle e pulite!
Rossella è stata gentilissima, ogni mattina a colazione serviva qualcosa di tipico e ci forniva preziosi consigli su cosa vedere, dove mangiare ecc
All’ultimo piano c’è una terrazza solarium accessibile a tutti con sdraio e tavolini dove si può cenare in totale tranquillità.
