Good

In group about 50 people, beautiful structure with great possibility, well-kept garden. Unfortunately in April season at the beginning and not perfectly run in.
I have seen that some customers complain of paper tableware, true I have also noticed, but the caps are not and the coffee contained is of excellent quality, so not comparable to porcelain tableware with undrinkable drinks. Great breakfast!!

I understand the difficulties, but not four stars.

The structure is large, perhaps too much, maintenance will not be easy and I believe that there will not be so many guests to be able to amortize the costs. The rooms are not bad, but would need major updates. Bathrooms are scandalous for a 4 star, it is not acceptable neither the plastic shower with sliding doors that do not slide, nor the faucets corroded by time and slow drains. The communal bathrooms on the ground floor have a broken-in door (I think punched) and it is not tolerable that the problem is not solved. Fortunately the cleanliness is absolutely assured and the reception is well run by a professional and delicious girl. Too bad because the potential is there. Good luck, Villa Peretti.

Great Hotel, the difficulty is just the shower for disabled, but if I stay everything is great

A fantastic hotel on all the Welcoming, education that the staff.
As I am a wheelchair user, there is only one thing to do in the shower. The seat the fixed one is an armrest to the side wall not the shoulders.
I found only this difficulty for the shower, because they gave me a movable stool, but it was very dangerous because you could slip, but I can not say anything negative.
When I left, they also helped me put the stuff in the car and even when I arrived, they took my bags that were in the car.
I only ask the administration that in the bathroom of the disabled should be put stool that fixed to the wall is an armrest not mobile stool.
I will be back again by mid-October hopefully they will fix the shower....

Good for some things, not so good for others

I have been so many times for work, for some things well: large rooms, good outdoor parking, enviable location for proximity to some points of work interest (inconvenient instead for the city), reception 24h.
Breakfast I would say enough, there is a decent choice although nothing exceptional in the individual compartments.
...Other elements are scarce: sometimes poorly preserved rooms (marks, stains, holes in the walls and consequent presence of insects, marked glass or even with fractures), very dusty interior curtains, dinner is not recommended (recipes and execution almost homemade, prices comparable to restaurants on the seafront). Cleanliness is worth a separate speech; the rooms are redone and are actually cleaned, however cleaning is not performed if the guest is still in the room (for example at 10 am on Sunday), cleaning is not postponed later in the morning, it is simply not performed (evidently there will be reasons and I do not intend to go into the merits, but I had never seen such a service). When the cleaning is over they do not make sure that the French door is closed, leaving the guest the problem of mosquitoes (twelve the personally recorded record).
Another critical point is the frequent presence of evening events: parking difficulties, sensitive music not to say annoying depending on the luck in the allocation of the room.
