Definitely must stay accommodation !

Gabriele the host was responsive, welcoming and provided clear instructions. The linens, towels, pillow and mattress are new and “crispy” clean. Room is decorated with good lighting with tailor made balcony doors that can be left open with safety features. There a cool neat pantry with vending machines at cost price for bottled drinks or coffee.
The location is awesome within the old city with the “must see sights”, restaurants and Conrad supermarket within walking distance, eg 500m to 750m. If you want to take the bus to the railway station or other places, its in front of Eleroom.
Other than 3 steps to the elevator, I would say its elderly friendly stay. Wifi is also good!

Barbie experience in Siena

The hotelier was very kind and well-organized, providing us with all the clear and precise instructions necessary to access and make the best use of the facility, and he also gave us the excellent suggestion to go see the contrade draw (I admit, we didn't know about it). Clean and spacious room, common area with everything necessary. Very quiet area just steps from the center. Aside from my husband's initial shock at a fuchsia room, everything went well

Short stay to discover Siena

Great location to visit the city of Siena a few minutes from Piazza del Campo, easily accessible by public transport but also on foot from the train station. Small room but complete with everything, excellent view of Siena admirable from the balcony. Newly renovated room inside an apartment located yal Third party floor of a quiet building, large common area with large table, snack dispensers, soft drinks and hot and cold drinks. Gabriele the owner from the time of booking proved a helpful person.

RECOMMENDED!

Eleroom offers very nice and cozy rooms in the center of Siena. You can reach the heart of the city in a few minutes on foot.
Rooms very well soundproofed. There is a common area with vending machines, a table and other useful for living the environment maybe for a meal in the structure.
Convenient access to the ztl, for half an hour, communicating data to managers.
Owners very kind, helpful and friendly.

The owner still has to learn the trade.

The hosts are not serious, friendly but incredibly close. It's not enough to have an apartment to do a job... pay attention to what they tell you about access to the rooms... they are not accessible for disabled people in wheelchairs even if they assured us that the entrance to the lift was feasible and we the narrowest typology that exists. To enter the restricted traffic zone, don't let them do it, otherwise you will be fined.
