Never ever again.
Really lovely view but that's not enough, the culture of cleanliness here do not know where it is at home. Friendly staff but who do not know even a little 'the word HYGIENE and here I do not go into details..... Dilapidated room but above all very dirty. Certainly going to unplug and leave with handsomely paid gastroenteritis is not the best you can expect. Never ever again.

Gentile Signora, ci spiace che la camera non fosse di suo gradimento. Se lo avesse fatto presente alla reception avremmo provato a trovare soluzioni alloggiative alternative. Le ricordo però che chi come noi vive in un posto incantevole ed inoltre è anche gentile, difficilmente non ha cura della pulizia. Perchè bellezza, gentilezza e pulizia vanno a braccetto. Cordialità

Farm the millstones Silvi Marina, if you read it avoid it!!!!
The farm The millstones of Sivi Marina also looks good, if it were not for the room that was assigned to us that was a stink.; Dirty, shower that leaked water everywhere, toilet as well. ...A curtain of decoration was not there. We ate there: set menu: heavy dumplings, veal tonnato with grilled meat and a sauce, we spared it. We stopped for dinner here, because 'the farm is in the hills and very far from the village.
Poor Service. And let's not talk about the receptionist. On the morning of departure we paid . We wanted to pay cash and the lady did not have and did not even have the change of 30 euros. I wanted to point out to the lady everything that the room had that was wrong and the answer was that that room so disaster was given to those who did 1 night, because she had to finish the season even if it was in those conditions. I've been a travel agent for 25 years and I've also worked at the front desk and I wouldn't have given even a dog such a disaster room. The receptionist told me that that was the room and so she had to sell it until the end of the season. I say there's nothing but shame in ripping people off like this. I am a customer, I pay you for a good Service and cleaning not. to also have the cockroaches, the shower with plexiglass glass, cobwebs everywhere........... A dispassionate advice to the farm; if you want to be in the field of 'hotelerie, I would make the rooms livable. To those who want a farm near Silvi Marina I would avoid stopping and stay in such a place. Vote 2 and very negative judgment.

Gentile Signora o Signore (?).
La doccia presentava una piccola perdita di acqua dal pannello laterale. Perdita che ci è stata segnalata la mattina stessa del suo arrivo dagli Ospiti in partenza. Essendo in overbooking non ci è stato possibile assegnarle altra camera e neanche indirizzarla verso altre strutture ricettive in quanto tutte piene nei giorni di ferragosto.
Resta però una riflessione. Vale adire che una piccola perdita di qualche goccia di acqua da un pannello di una cabina doccia per un soggiorno di una sola notte (!) abbia potuto generare una recensione così lunga e ci permetta di dire, anche cattiva, denuncia un malessere che va ben oltre una semplice perdita di acqua di una cabina doccia.
Siccome nella vita ognuno deve risolvere i propri problemi le garantiamo che almeno da parte nostra provvederemo a risolvere quello della doccia.

Great agriturismo
A splendid place that has everything you hope to find in an Agriturismo - a beautiful location overlooking the sea, pool, and outdoor restaurant with traditional local cuisine. Nice rooms that are cleaned every day. Not far from the beaches and the lovely little village Silvi is nearby.
