The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying.
The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight.

Centrally located!

Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. We were room upgraded, so no complaints there. Room kept very clean, housekeeping staff courteous. Shower control a challenge but mastered haha! Didn't use the spa as we were too busy exploring the lake, on a short break, but looked inviting! Food excellent. Great breakfast choice. Dinner beautifully presented! Entertainment (a singer) on one night was very good. Very convenient for ferries and exploring Sirmione.

Hotel Sirmione

We have visited this restaurant before and was so delighted decided to return.
We typically order a starter as the portions are large. However on this occasion, the waiter insisted it was not enough so we cancelled our starters and ordered mains. But the starters still came and when we tried to send it back, they refused. This a first for us in Italy but a great experience has turned to an unpleasant experience that needs to be shared.

Great cocktails in lovely setting

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sirmione Terme! The location is absolutely perfect, offering amazing views that truly make the stay special. The service was great throughout our visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic cocktails and delicious snacks. It is a brilliant spot to relax and take in the scenery. We highly recommend it!
