Simply superb
Villa Eva is simply superb! Run by the owner, Eva, and her family, this charming bed and breakfast offers hospitality that goes above and beyond. The prices are very reasonable, and its location is excellent, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. Sirolo, the town where it’s located, is a charming Italian gem, known for its stunning views, scenic landscapes, excellent restaurants, and beautiful beaches.
We were especially impressed with the personal service we received from Eva and her family. Although it’s listed as a bed and breakfast, Villa Eva feels like a home away from home, with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is delightful, featuring fresh daily pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts. As an Englishman who needs his morning tea, I was pleased to find that was no problem at all!
Despite visiting during peak season, right after Ferragosto, it never felt overcrowded. However, I would advise booking ahead for evening meals, as the excellent local restaurants can fill up quickly and may not accommodate walk-ins.
If you plan to walk down to the beach, I recommend wearing good, gripping walking shoes, as the path can be a bit slippery and is not particularly well maintained. Coming from the UK, where health and safety measures are everywhere, I might have assumed the path was safer than it looked! :-) Beach amenities are reasonably priced, with two beds and an umbrella costing €30 per day. There is also space available if you prefer to bring your own gear.
Overall, our experience at Villa Eva was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning in the future. We can’t recommend Villa Eva highly enough! The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are amazing—none of those cheap sponge ones!

Beautiful location
Our experience at this property was positive. It is a particular location as the Villa still retains some stone walls of the Conero. It is located a short distance from the Belvedere easily accessible with a 10-minute walk. Inside convenient free parking for cars. A stone's throw from the bus stops to reach the beaches of Urbani, San Michele and Sassi neri. The rooms are spacious, enriched by a beautiful wrought iron bed, doors, floors and quality furnishings that give the context a touch of elegance. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms performed accurately and impeccably. Mrs. Eva is an excellent hostess, polite, courteous, not intrusive enough to make the stay very pleasant. We were also amazed by the breakfast, varied and abundant with fresh pastry products. If we really have to give a Recommendation it would be better to present homemade jams, a little gem to make perfect the morning awakening. Structure recommended.

Gentilezza e ospitalità!
Struttura a gestione famigliare, a due passi dal centro di Sirolo e dalle sue bellissime spiagge. La guest house condivide i servizi del vicino hotel Emiliana, essendo della stessa proprietà. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale è ammirevole! La stanza pulita, ben arredata e rassettata sempre con attenzione. La colazione ottima, con prodotti locali e di qualità. Che dire ancora... Altamente consigliato per chi vuole visitare la riviera del Conero. Da ritornarci di corsa! Ancora complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Vacanza a Sirolo
Abbiamo scelto Villa Eva per le nostre vacanze estive, struttura ristrutturata con cura e gusto, ambienti spaziosi in un contesto tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro di Sirolo, pulizia camere veramente meticolosa, parcheggio auto privato e ampio.
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Personale e contesto famigliare, accoglienza e disponibilità sono da primato.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della nostra scelta e per questo sicuramente ritorneremo.
