Fantastic stay!

Fabulous hotel, my wife and I spent a weekend here with dinner and breakfast, everything was delicious, we enjoyed the wellness center SPA with a spectacular view of the Dolomites, beautiful and relaxing, room with terrace, cleanliness and comfort were okay, the owners were very kind, highly recommended.

Excellent stay - Everything perfect

Very central, clean, modern, welcoming hotel.
Excellent food, typical local cuisine; attention also paid to meals for the little ones.
Gloria and her brother answered all our questions about excursions and made us fall in love with San Martino di Castrozza.
Hotel suitable for everyone, even for families with small children.

Rejuvenating experience

Great experience. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. The staff is commendable, knowledgeable, very kind, and friendly. The restaurant is of high quality with dishes that are never trivial, flavorful, and very varied. Even the breakfast is of good quality. The self-service coffee and cappuccino machine should definitely be removed!! Aside from the inevitable line (very annoying), the product that comes out is definitely not at the level of the rest!! I understand that it would greatly increase the workload, but please turn on the espresso machine!! The spa area is excellently managed by the very skilled Denise; she is very good and empathetic with the customer; some treatments will definitely improve your vacation! If the property could find a slightly more spacious corner, it would work much better!! I recommend eliminating the club card for various accesses (to be included in the price) and I would add a small bottle of water (even cardboard) in the rooms as a welcome for the guest. Definitely worth returning.

Not coming again

For the money we payed we expected a lot more. The food was not very good and for the rest all was an extra pay. The pool very small like The Sauna. To be honest I will never go there again in the future. The people working are after all very nice and available.

Simply stunning

We have spent 2 fantastic days here with our whole family. What can I say? Love at first sight! We have loved and enjoyed everything here, from the warm welcome, to the great and comfy room with a picturesque view over the Dolomites, the adorable SPA with a tiny swimming pool with warm water on a magnificent landscape, the kndness of the personel, the quality of the dinner till the outstanding breakfast! For sure one of the best breakfast ever and we have a quite experience in this. Well done guys, we already miss you and we can't wait to visit you again. We have enjoyed a lot and we are impressed by the passion you put in your work! Looking forward to coming there again. Born2travel Family
